The Damashiro EMPEROR® Hisa 9-Piece Knife Block Set features a full range of premium Japanese steel knives housed within a stylish acacia wood block with clear panels to showcase your blades. Each knife is crafted from fully forged Japanese Stainless Steel 420J2, featuring a traditional Damascus-inspired blade with a hammered tsuchime finish. The double-bevel blade is tapered to a 15-20 degree angle and undergoes a premium Japanese leather sharpening process. Engineered for performance, the knives are ice-hardened and tempered to 53HRC on the Rockwell Hardness scale. The elegant, dark walnut pakkawood handle is finished with a stainless steel end cap.
